Terms & Ordering Information

1. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
    
2. E-mail for confirmation with items desired. Confirmation necessary because quantities are limited and availability can not be guaranteed. I will hold aside material for a week in your name until payment arrives.
    
3. Minimum order of $10.00.  Items can be combined from anywhere on the website to meet minimum order. 
    
4. NOTE: Maryland residents add 6% sales tax.
    
5. All orders are plus Postage and Handling unless otherwise indicated.  Insurance is required on all orders over $35.00 within the U.S.  It is optional on orders under $35, but we must have a letter or email stating you accept full responsibility for any uninsured shipments.
    
6. Postage & Handling fees start at $2.50. We try to keep these expenses to a minimum and they just reflect our costs.  We do not believe you should pay anymore than you have to, and that we make nothing on these charges.  Actually in most cases, they do not cover our actual costs.  With the new changes at the Post Office, some prices may be higher (on lighter packages) and some may be lower (mid-weight packages).  As always we will strive to keep these costs down.
    
7. Insured shipments:  See Insurance tables below.  All prices are plus Postage & Handling charges, and Insurance, if optional or required.
    
8. Payment can be made by check, money order, or Cash COD. Buyer buys COD charges.  Checks and commercial money orders held one week, Postal Money Orders processed immediately.

11. Most shipments made through the Post Office.  On large weight orders UPS can be used, if it saves you shipping, but may take extra time.  Recently UPS is as much or more than USPS on most items, especially light weight.  Because of the new flat rate boxes at the Post Office cost on some packages have gone down.
     
12. You may also pay by credit card through Paypal on all items except Gold Coins and Silver or Gold Bullion related items.  Use chuck@wcsdeals.com for payment. 
     
13. I accept some payments with PayPal from some countries where it is available.  Most countries I Will Not accept Paypal payments if the order is over $50 and the customer is unknown to me.  Email me if you have any questions.  Go to: www.paypal.com . 
Because of the experience I have had with the Postal Service in them, I will not ship to any of the following countries: Italy & Portugal.
 
14. Moneygrams are available in most countries either through www.emoneygram.com or at banks world-wide.  This is a convenient and safe way to transfer funds.  Western Union payments are also accepted.
    
15. Shipments to the People's Republic of China, we require Moneygrams or Western Union only on all orders over $50.

17. Returns:
    
    Our return policy is simple, if you are not satisfied, just return your item(s) within 7 days for a complete refund of your original cost.
     

18. Insurance Tables: All prices are plus actual shipping charges.

    Please Note!!  A shipment may be sent either Post Office Insured, Signature  Confirmation, or Registered depending on the amount and where it is going.  We now have a private insurance carrier (this is how we can insure shipments outside of the U.S.) so what the package is marked does not necessarily indicate who is insuring it.  Regardless, all shipments will have to be signed for when received, this is for your protection.  If someone else takes or signs for the package, we have grounds for a claim. 
     

19. Also shipments can not be insured to the following countries:
